This event and the subsequent closure of Prince Bank in Cambodia went under most people's radar last month while the US was storming the presidential palace in Venezuela. Interesting viewpoint that China's sudden extradition of this US federally sanctioned bank owner is probably to bring an "asset" home before the US pulled a Maduro-style rendition, where he could shed some light on China's possible state involvement in these scam enterprises.
Also note that Chen Zhi's dual Cambodian nationality has been revoked, but no mention of which corrupt Cambodian person(s) granted this in the first place. No prizes for guessing who granted that and why.

Cleaning up its act? Sure wish they'd put out the massive forest burns that are all over that country and clean up the air. Right now, they are the largest regional contributor to filthy air. Its not rice fields, its jungle and forest being burned off by Agricultural conglomerates from Vietnam, China, and Thailand..
