Just out of curiosity who are these other military intelligent experts from within contradicting Razin's summation, would be the likes of Generals Mark Milley or Lloyd Austin or Charles Q Brown

If you really were curious, you would have easily ascertained that the 3 generals you name are all retired, and therefore hardly likely to be part of the serving intelligence officials with the Defense Department who made the initial intelligence assessment (ie the numpties), which somehow got leaked to CNN and the NYT.

I would bet that the attack was very carefully planed and that the bombs fell exactly where they were supposed to. No one knows for sure how much damage was done and all guesses are pure speculation. It is doubtful that Iran would ever give out any information and that we will never know the facts.

Every war, battle is always carefully planned but when it comes down to it, the plan sometimes and usually fails. Examples can be seen world when executions, fail, Invasions of Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, bombing of facilities in Gaza, Isreal, Qatar, Yemen, etc
All that is known, loads of destruction and death. No winners
