The New TM6 "Digital Arrivals Card"
Does not appear this topic has been raised here yet that I can find.
From 1st May 2025 new (foreign) arrivals into Thailand must complete a digital TM6 "Digital Arrivals Card" on this site:-
https://tdac.immigration.go.th/arrival-card/#/home
In short, it can only be done within 3 days prior to arrival and is a very simple process, the WEB site appears to be engineered much better than the 90 day reporting fiasco with clearly written instructions and videos. ThaiVisa (Aseannow) has a thread.

Those who are digitally impaired can still get it done at the arrivals hall.
I just completed mine for the 3rd May = very easy, an immediate *.pdf file with QR code returned and then a confirmation email.

Re: The New TM6 "Digital Arrivals Card"
Been following this as I return next week.
The phrase that it had to be done "within 3 days of arrival" was a bit confusing and I assumed it meant within the 3 days before you board the plane to come to Thailand. That seems to be confirmed from your experience?

Yes, the drop down calendar will not allow one to select a date outside the 3 day limit.

Lets hope that the "digitally impaired" will get their own line.Bandung_Dero wrote: April 30, 2025, 1:53 pm

I was asked if I wanted to download the pdf-file but when I clicked yes I was asked for username and password! No problem, got everything with the e-mail.
Will arrive 2 may, lets hope there is no kaos in Immigration since I have a new flight to catch.

Be aware some "FAKE" WEB sites are now appearing with the aim to screwing the unsuspected out of anywhere between USD $10.00 to 1000 Baht for the DAC.

Only need passport to get through Immigration in arrivals hall. Queue only 2 minutes. All info comes up on their PC. Easy

Re: The New TM6 "Digital Arrivals Card"
They only really needed your passport before. Do you mean they don't need your dabs and a photo now?Bandung_Dero wrote: May 3, 2025, 7:47 pm Only need passport to get through Immigration in arrivals hall. Queue only 2 minutes. All info comes up on their PC. Easy

Re: The New TM6 "Digital Arrivals Card"
Wots "dabs" and why would they want a photo? Sure your still fingerprinted and digital mug shot taken?
The whole procedure is the same accept now one needs to go online and spend a few minutes filling in a DAC.
The fact that you have completed it is registered against your passport.

"Dabs" are fingerprints and a photo is a "digital mug shot" so that hasn't changed.Bandung_Dero wrote: May 4, 2025, 7:21 am Wots "dabs" and why would they want a photo? Sure your still fingerprinted and digital mug shot taken?

Good to see they have implemented something that's quicker, easier and more efficient than the old hand-written card.
I'm looking forward to the "paperless" security and boarding system that AoT were talking about a few months ago. Loads of gurning on the big forum about how it won't work here. I recently transited through HKG where it's all in place. Works flawlessly where they do a one time scan of your passport and boarding pass and take your picture before going through security screening (still doing laptops out unfortunately).
The facial recognition camera at the gate compares your face with the snapshot taken a few hours earlier so no need to show your passport or scan a boarding pass to get down the jetway and on the bus.

Re: The New TM6 "Digital Arrivals Card"
I just did mine for my flight on May 3 and it really was super quick – filled it out in about two minutes, got the PDF with the QR code instantly, plus an email confirmation. The site’s way easier to use than the old 90‑day form.
Re: The New TM6 "Digital Arrivals Card"
The TM6 was the arrival card and nothing to do with 90-day reports. AFAIK, the latter is also an easy online task for most people.Pikolim wrote: May 5, 2025, 3:40 am I just did mine for my flight on May 3 and it really was super quick – filled it out in about two minutes, got the PDF with the QR code instantly, plus an email confirmation. Re: The New TM6 "Digital Arrivals Card"
Ya right but, as with myself, he was only doing a comparison with the 1st 90 day report concept, about 3-4 years ago, which was a fiasco then and for the next 2 years or so.tamada wrote: May 5, 2025, 4:32 pmThe TM6 was the arrival card and nothing to do with 90-day reports. = They nearly got this right on the 1st attempt.
I could not figure out how to scan the Passport "Digital Zone - 44 charater code" into the site.
No big deal, meant I had to fill in all boxes by hand, cost me 30 seconds!!!!

Visas are the responsibility of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Digital arrival cards are the responsibility of the Immigration Department.
They are separate entities, with separate websites.
