Needed that yesterday on the way into town at Tara Beach village the bus playing noise nearly broke the truck windows

I was really puzzled about this sign. Why is there a need to be quiet outside a noisy disco?'

it's intended for people leaving the disco when it closes so as not to disturb local residents. The Thai script says: After midnight please be quiet.
