Reading in the Bangkok Post that the Office of National Water Resources flood relief measures require increased release from a slew of dams across this soggy potentate including Oodorn's Huai Luang dam. Looking at Google Earth, I am assuming the floodways, natural and otherwise, are towards the north and Kut Chap? How's it looking out west?

Huaui Luang Dam will start releasing water tomorrow at 0700 for 4 days.

On current track, Tropical Storm Yagi will probably be dumping some rain in Laos this coming weekend so maybe a preemptive release?
