Environment Min.plibarsec has on her table a proposal from mining company Glencore mining, a Swiss mob to pump CO2 liquid into the Great Artesian Basin water supply, mostly around Qld and central Oz. Numerous councils and farmers are furious with the proposal which could cause untold damage to the environment and food supplies. Where is albosleazy on this, he should knock it on its head. It came up in the previous Govt. and now Glencore wants it to go ahead, because they have a weak labor Govt. in Oz to contend with.
While your mob were in power in Canberra, they put the decision in the too hard basket - amazing really that Scomo couldn't make a decision while wearing his secret Environment hat. You remember, one of many such hats.
Of course, Albanese only wears one hat, and it is not the Environment one.
Anyway, the weak Labor government in Queensland have now as good as knocked it on the head, as it was their decision all along.

The former Prime Minister of Australia the Honourable Mr Scott Morrison did make the wise decision not to go ahead with this project, a wise man indeed.

I agree albosleazy only wears one hat, a McDonalds burger clown cap.

'Last Saturday night an Oz military chopper from HMAS Hobart had to take evasive action from a chinese fighter jet dropping flares 300m in front of the chopper. They were operating in international waters in the Yellow Sea off Sth Korea.
Defence Min.Marles said it was completely unacceptable, is that the best the Govt.can do. Why isn't sleazy picking up the phone to xi and telling him to pull his head in. Just like the marine sonar incident, sleazy did not take it up with xi when they were together in the USA. So sleazy has not yet done or said anything about this recent incident and doubt if the gutless wonder will'.

So far this gutless spineless albosleazy has not picked up the phone to call chinese xi and complain about this attack. Neither has p wrong or Mr Marles. sleazy has said it is being reported through the normal channels to china. Oh yeah some lower grade clerk in bayszhing will get it and say to his immediate, 'its from the handsome clown from Oz' reply 'just throw it in the bin'. It reminds me of the unfortunate mistake by the IDF bombing the UN cars a few weeks back and an Aussie was killed and others. sleazy immediately phoned Mr Netanyahu and chastised him, whereas this attack at an Oz military chopper by a chinese war plane was intentional and may have killed or injured Oz military, the kooont has not phoned china. I wonder how the Oz military feels that they do not have the back of the PM.

Amazing Jackspratt, you highlighting. Morrison's ambivalence and ultimately not making a decision that the federal government at the time was not entitled to make, yet you laud the Qld Premier for hosing down the application to which the state was entitled to make.
I think you need to read this, tony - (and you as well Sport, if you can take a deep breath first). https://www.abc.net.au/news/rural/2024- ... /103696538

The feds did have the power to make a decision under federal laws, and didn't.

The Qld government has the power to make a different decision, in accordance with their relevant legislation.

And tony, perhaps you could point out where I lauded Steven Miles.

As a further aside, I am amused that both of you are now showing an interest in environmental outcomes - politically expedient I guess. ;)

When labor released 149 crims from the lockups last year, there have been numerous accounts of these mongrels causing problems and mayhem in the community. Recently one of them had his ankle monitor removed and with others entered a home in Perth WA and viciously assaulted the elderly man and woman, she came close to being killed. Now the sleazy mob are saying it was not their fault, they blamed some department they formed to make recommendations to ministers jiles or O'Neill. The buck stops at the ministers desk not some little offshoot department.
Oh dear........
Second man charged over Perth bashing revealed to be former immigration detainee released under Coalition's watch

A man accused of the serious assault of Perth woman Ninette Simons is a former immigration detainee who was released while the Coalition was in power in 2020.

And it didn't even take a ruling by the High Court to release this guy - it was a bureaucratic decision made under the watch of Home Affairs Minister .... wait for it ..... Peter "The Spud" Dutton. 🤣

Sport, tony, I'm sure you are both outraged ...... aren't you?

Mr Dutton did make a mistake on releasing the crim back into the community.

Now to the more serious, shameful and gutless act of p wrong and albosleazy. Last Friday that Israel hating wrong voted yes at the UN assembly in favour of Hamas, she has rewarded them after the atrocities they carried out on Oct 7 and have not released the remaining hostages. The mole has given the green light to these blood thirsty Muslims to maybe be a member of the gutless toothless tiger namely the UN. slimy albosleazy has stood by the mole.

This can only be seen as a grab to Muslim voters at the next Oz election. The USA, UK and woke Canada abstained or voted against it. So Oz is in the same boat with a lot of Muslim countries who hate and want Israel destroyed.

Beleaguered Immigration Minister Andrew Giles is considering trying again to deport almost 30 people deemed to be of poor character, after an appeals tribunal allowed them to stay on the basis of a directive Mr Giles himself had given.

The group includes several non-citizens with serious criminal histories, including several convicted of child rape and one man charged with murder last month.

The public are now hearing that a Sect.99 of the Immigration Act? was forced upon jiles by albosleazy in late 2023 in consultation with jacinta adern of NZ fame. jiles was simply carrying out orders. If this is found to be correct, the problems started with albosleazy appeasing adern.

Being abused by Pauline Hanson would be a badge of honour, it seems to me.
