Nearly 18.5 million foreign tourists have visited Thailand so far this year

Between January 1 and September 3, 2023, the top 5 countries sending holidaymakers to Thailand are as follows:
Malaysia: 2,920,803
China: 2,230,707
South Korea: 1,072,928
India: 1,033,582
Russia: 930,696

Thats a projected number of 27.75 million tourists for this year. That is 70% of the amount pre-covid.

One of the things that Expats can do to help is to support the local businesses.

The Bangkok Post is quoting the same figures that I posted so I am not seeing an update. I was not referring to 2024 numbers as it is almost 1 1/2 years away
"The country this year is expected to receive 28 million foreign visitors" in 2013 same as the numbers I wrote about

Once again you deflect from the title of this thread, as you are famous for. The title is "2023 Tourists" not 2024 tourists
May I remind you that these Tourists they talk about in 2024 will not ALL appear on January 2024 in one day. The total will not be seen until December 31 2024 , almost 1 1/2 years from now and not 4 months as you have indicated
