Not 100% sure i understand what you want but you have a couple options;
1. Get your current brake calipers painted, but need to make sure they use a proper high temperature paint
2. Get the plastic 'fake look' caliper covers that can be screwed over the actual calipers (but I think this is what you say you don't want)
3. Buy some aftermarket performance brake calipers (normally expensive and part of a brake performance kit with bigger disks, new pads and sometimes new brake lines).
3. is of course the only option that is functional. 1 & 2 are just visual only. Most common is 2 as cheap and easy.
Most of the big aftermarket wheel and tyre dealers in Udon will be able to do 1. and 2. for you. Option 3 needs somewhere like STM racing on the rind road between Ban Chiang pot junction and Airport junction (whatever that stretch is called)
