I stayed here last night, as I wended my way back to BD, via Udon, today.

The place was OK, close to Swampy with a shuttle service both ways, friendly and accommodating staff and a reasonable room rate,

I got into conversation with the front desk staff, who informed me, much to my surprise, that while the place was majority Thai owned, they actually had a silent farang partner from Nong Khai.

I told them that I may know of the chap involved, and that he is quite famous around the Udon Thani area. They were suitably impressed.
