Was planning UK Europe before my numbers up. Have an old mate I haven't seen since 1983 who lives in Inverness. I'm not good with the cold so will have to wait till peek summer when it's about 20c

Inverness, Nairn and the Moray Firth. Best bet for summer is the last weekend in August.
