Car Show, Off the Beaten Path
Car Show, Off the Beaten Path
While my wife was seeing her doctor at AEK this morning, I did part of my walking routine in the hospital's parking garage (it was raining). I've long known that the upper floors held a wide variety of Mercedes Benz cars.....but on the 3rd/4th/5th floor I counted 54 of them, along with several BMW, a handful of Lexus, and one Nissan Figaro. A nice personal collection!

and owned by? Ur, ah.. the owner of AEK Udon? Something stirs my memory.. Something about a favor from a general who directed his Sergeant Major to "investigate" something.. Yes, followed by a dead body?? Ah, nothing to see, shuffle on...

Yeah, there's a movie in there somewhere!
Re: Car Show, Off the Beaten Path
I've not been into that parking garage for years now, but remember coming across it at least 15 years ago, and thoroughly enjoyed looking at the cars. Not visited for i'm guessing 7 or 8 years.
Will pop in on my next visit and see what is new (or old).
Thanks for the reminder Parrot.

Re: Car Show, Off the Beaten Path
Any new arrivals from the Joe Ferrari collection?
Re: Car Show, Off the Beaten Path
Had another opportunity get in some of my walking today while at AEK. I'd like to send the photo to a Mercedes fan back in the US, but neglected to get the model number in the photo. From the Sportservice Lorinser logo on the rear, it's a real deal model from West Germany. Any ideas?
