More and more people seems to just suffers either from STROKE or HEART ATTACKS..And most of you seems to think it's okey just continue to eat your medicin, but to lazy to really make a change in your life,a life to become a more healthy human..i KNOW it's hard, any change is hard especially when we are getting older..the only thing maybe not getting any harder by age you will find it between your legs ;-)

Anyway, look up "Calcium score CT-Scan"here's a link (take it with a grain of salt the result you get)

Alfie .. quick.update as not seen you lately .. today was,a very important day for me and my quest to loose some weight .. i scaled 99 .5 kgs .. when i started just before i had gall bladder.removal surgery circa mid April i was 116 kgs.
Healthy eating n cutting out all the fried foods , cakes n cheese etc plus reduced beer intake ..has been very difficult but worth it... only exercise has been walking the dogs.

I decided to carry on n not go back to old habits .. so next target is 95 kgs .. i do miss a few things but in also really enjoy my new diet and feel better for getting some lard off.

Downside my favourite jeans are too big even with a belt ..many pluses including being able to see my sausage again in all its glory ..luckily nit lost any weight off that

Many thanks Tom .. not gonna say its been easy .. numerous factors

Change of diet ...totally.. from.unhealthy to healthy, lots of fish , veg salads , poaching instead of frying .. zero cheese big nono

Change of boozin habits .. drink only once per week now.

Willpower even when mates are filling their faces with cheesecakes etc

Try not to eat after 5pm ..until breakfast next morning a tip from.SFG Patrick .

At first very difficult but once got used to eating less it was easier. And if feel hungry ate fruit . i enjoy what i eat ,

Other than beer the hardest thing to cut out has been bread
The Doc said onlly way to loose weight is to eat less n different foodstuffs plus exercise .. i did use the ecercise bike fir a while but got bored so got a ab roller n 5 mins a day plus walking the dogs...is all.i can be bothered to do.

Been losing circa 2 kgs per month but ive decided to carry on through til next April .. so its a full year and see where im.at.

At 180 cm tall should be around 90 to 95 max n thats the target.

Thanks again for your compliment

And that's at UFES tomorrow, no?

I did note that while you are defo eating less, you are also talking more? I loved that hit-man from the Philippines tale at Col's secret hideaway BTW.

No denying though you've done an excellent job on eating healthy and it's great to see you willing your way to April for the 'annual review'.

Thanks for your replye..and i just had one pice for dinner and it was done with a new recepie, one kilo of grassfed beef, organic herbs..and it taste as good as it looks ;-)Even the sweet potato done only with oliveoil and frechly grided blackpepper taste good-i-nam-nam.

Fort ME only hehe, tomorrow after it has cool down i will pack and freeze it,i guess it will be good for 8-10 portions..sallad not included. So in total i guess the cost would be ruffly 900-1000Bath..I had 1 small bottle with Lao dark..ahh life can be very good indded.

//Alfie..:-)

EDITED 30/1

Was way off as you can see..but everything except 2 pices who i'm going to eat later today ;-)Ooops forgot, had one piece yesterday for dinner. So quite budget friendly i would say..Prepping takes some time, but other then that..worth every minute and quite cheap too per pice.
