Accrington Stanley back to winning ways after 3 defeats on the trot, taking all 3 points from their trip to Lincoln City.

Scottish Cup third round action north of the border saw Peterhead eventually putting 3 past Civil Service Strollers away. The fourth round of the Scottish Cup is when we see Scotland's 12 biggest clubs join potential giant killers in their pursuit of the oldest trophy in world football.

Giant killing already well underway though at the third round game between the two teams with arguably the most syllables in Scottish football. West of Scotland Premier League team Auchinleck Talbot dumping Championship free-fallers Hamilton Academicals out.

Cup action meant no games in the Highland League where Fort William are still licking their wounds after the 10-0 hammering from Deveronvale last week. Their pitch at Claggan Park is looking much better though... which is what happens when nobody's allowed to play on if for a season!

Indeed Errnie .. both Scunny and Coventry ended in draws...Scunnys 1-1 was a fair outcome with the Iron taking the first half n Bradford the second (both weather assisted)
Good, Scunthorpe and Coventry take a way a point, although Bournemouth did squander a 2-0 lead what with the sending off.

They're talking about the late, great John Sillett on the other channel, Alan.

We can always hope that the Evertons move down. Getting blanked almost every game is not going to do much for the cause.

How's your anger problem DM? Everton isn't going to be relegated to this thread chaps. Even if it was, it would still be England's most discussed and controversial club on the Map.

Alan's posts are such great fun, he can skip the punctuation lessons. The Map needs his youthful zest.

I think you've been at Nanna's sherry again, Uncle T.

Meanwhile, Coventry play the Baggies today.

Scunthorpe play Stevenage on Tuesday.

No, he can't.

If he chooses to query others about their spelling, he needs to be accountable about his punctation - not to mention his random capitalisation, and abominable paragraphing.

And that's not even looking at the content. :D

Correct .. as my old granmar used to say .. Cherub have you been in my panty draw ?? oh no another thing .. spelling and puncuation are IMO semi irelavant on UM especially with my huge girth ... fat fingers meaning typos a plenty and most members know most of what i post is total BS anyway.

Sandpit ??? i prefer it to be called the plasterscene class.

BACK IN THE REAL WORLD ..ON TOPIC ..On a bright note Scunny didnt loose !!!! :D .. alas the Codheads of Grimsby DID    3-2 AWAY AT DAG n RED and after an optimistic start to the non league campaign are falling down the National league so quick several players are injured due to nose bleeds.

BTW 747 Alan needs a good birching .. beat some sense into him
