Weightlifting..

Looking to ad some muscle to my twiggy body/frame after my accident..Cardio done and also my eating habits are tweaked to the more healthy diet,hopefully ;-)
So now i need weights and a weight lifting bar,think they are around 20-25 kilo..and weights to fit that bar..Anyone not using their anymore maybe..PM me if you have anything..a adjustable bench would be nice too.

Kettlebells. Buy a custom set quite cheap, save on workout space and watch some fitness YouTubes.

The downside is they're rubbish for hanging clothes on to dry.

sorry keeping my set, and due to get back into again even at 67yrs.
Had a set most of my adult life, and my father before me..
weight training as opposed to weight lifting..lighter weights but more reps..
one hour program every other day..
benches are ok, but can do without them, and still achieve good results..
start light for two weeks, if you have had an accident and are twiggy, and add a little more kilos every two weeks,
not about how much you can lift, but can you do say 2x 10 reps per lift with a reasonable weight
