I haven’t so much fallen off the healthy wagon today, more jumped off head first onto a freeway.

Base of waffle biscuits & vanilla ice cream topped with strawberries & caramel popcorn. However, keeping with my view I shouldn’t have coffee after noon because it interrupts my sleep, I had an iced ovaltine to drink.

Sorry everyone 😞

Today I’m having crispy pork wellington on a bed of refined haricot beans & reduced tomato jus.
Do you like the garnish? Proper posh, me

I always thought that calling something Welligton was in fact a Fillet or tenderloin wrapped in stuffing all wrapped in pastry or as the French call it en croute.
Therefore a Sausage roll filled with god knows what meat and other fatty stuff would not even be considered healthy by any stretch of the imagination . But to each their own, eating healthy has always been mind over matter , those that do not have less willpower than those who do. Simple facts of life .

Too late, I’m already living a life of leisure.

I wish😂
We’ll settle on I chose the pieces & packed them in boxes at the Sushi bar in the basement floor in Central.

The mayo is only small amounts. It just a shame they all seem to want to put it on everything nowadays. Personally, I just like the rice topped with fish dipped in a little soy sauce but it’s rare to find this simple offering.
Oh, & I love the seaweed in sesame & chilli oil. Used to be able to get bowls of it in the UK but here it’s just a topping

Although I do like Sushi when I was in Japan, sadly here SDushi here seems to be on display often NOT covered and open to the environment at most place ( the dirt and dust kicked up by passing pedestrians ) in some p[maces going around endlessly on a conveyor passing many people etc, the transmission of dirt and bugs is not restricted at all.
Once one early morning was walking through UD and saw to my surprise the kitchen door of a Sushi bar open and inside looked so dirty and un-hygienic that I said to myself as with the Sushi carts dotted around many malls and supermarkets. Nope not eat, unclean. Buit to each their own, do not consider their offerings healthy, might very well be fat content wise etc, but ????
