1 Japanese Sweet potatoe..200gram..(and it took 30min in the owen to bake..never eaten this sort of potatoe before,but it's a keeper for sure..Taste awsome.
2 Advocados meat only..205gram EACH WHITH kernel.(Big-C)
Green pea sprouts..(Big-C)
2 whole raw eggs cracked ontop of the Advocados
10 gram of shredded cheese.
Fryed bacon bits 15gram (put in a papertowel to degrease).
Banana,two thirds of..

Could not down the whole portion,have 1 sweetpotatoe left..and some of the Advocado,egg,backon bits left for lunch i think.Banana,going down as i print ;)

This was really something new to me,prepptime..alltogether maybe 1 hour..SweetP 30 min..bacon prepp..degrease and ready..30min.All in all well spent time for an awsome meal.Hope you enyoyed looking at the pics as much as i enyoyed eating it ;)

Looks nice alfie .. quitexa big brekkie plate imo.

Dm still.on the diet ..

Brekfast .. 2 soft boiled.heggs a banana mixed roasted nuts n a yoghurt .

Late lunch Tuna bagette on whole wheat n rest of the nuts fresh pineapple .

Sfg oats at 5pm.

Didnt bother having a weigh off last weekend but will.tbis coming sunday .. 2 things , defo loosing weight as ive got a pair of jeans that were very figure hugging n squeezed mi nuts now more comfortable and more pleasing bizz colleagues who have not seen me for 14 days or so commenting ive lost weight without being nudged ..

DM,soon never to be spotted..Keep on trucking and please stop calling your food intake for DIET..just use the less food,less weight..The word DIET doesn't work,less food does ;) Keep it up big boy =D> =D> ;)

A total.change of DIET .. now ive got used to eating less and different foods its not too bad my stomach is also used to it but still.wondering wtf has happened ... alas i cant deny im.missing a beer .. n thats an understatement .

Weigh in Sunday will.give an indication how things are going more accurately than a pair of nut crushing jeans

..Mr,Donky..DIET it is..i've got that.Just tell me one which of these two sounds better telling your friends why you lost weight.

I eat less food and try my best not to drink any alkohol..
I'm on a DIET whith no alkhol..DIET for me is something you do short term...Less food,well you do that for life.

Yes it is scrambled eggs.
I had just finished my blood test at BKK hospital and was given permission to go eat after my fasting.
Best brekky tucker in town and I’ve tried em all.

Looks like heggs are the new power food ..

Today ...
2 poached heggs done with my new microwave poacher thingy .. on top.of 2 salmon steaks also.poached curturee of Tesco lotus express at 55 bt each .. the salmon that is not the heggs .. they from.a chicken .. with a small warm.whole wheat bread roll .. fandabidozi twas too ..

Dm still.remains dry ov beer .. its bloomin hard tho .
