Our 1st Smoked Barbecue last Saturday was one hell of a success!

The smoked salmon was out of this world.

The smoked brisket and spareribs were absolutely the most tender I’ve ever tasted with good flavor.

I missed the mark with the pork shoulder must not have smoked it long enough, but still tasted good.

I smoked two Bagel Chickens and they came out really good also.

If I had to do it over I would have purchased a larger smoker maybe twice the size.

We are now custom designing a side by side double 6 rack, double door smoker to see if it may be to his liking.

This is the advantage of Quik-Fire’s in-country factory; ‘in most cases’ we can turn your desired handcrafted stainless equipment wish, into reality.

Could it be more pleasing and convenient, we doubt it!
