After the recent 4 - 1 loss at home to Forest Green the thought it couldnt get any worse had crossed my ming UNTIL that is until yesterdays shambolic 5 -0 home thrashing by Cambridge ..

Chairman Swann is now reaping what he sowed getting rid of just about all the experienced decent players , the back bone of the side to save the wages during covid 19 lockdown ... now playing with a group of very young inexperienced YST and player who obviously have no pride or passion in their profession and just turning up for the pay check .. seriously The Iron could very well go out the league on this form and Swan is the man to blame for getting the club inn such a state.

New manager Niel Cox must be thinking WTF ive i got myself into as the low class uninterested talentless heartless squad he inherited arent doing him any favours , shame having met him years ago when he played for the Iron before leaving for Watford hes great bloke and very professional ..alas working with his boots full of broken glass with this current team ..

THE WORST SCUNNY SIDE I CAN RECALL IN ALL MY YEARS SUPPORTING THEM !!

Sad time indeed and will i still follow them when they are in the Conference .. YES .. if the Conference still exists that is.

To compound things the windalicking codheads won again ..

Up the iron ...claret n blu all way thru

Peterhead lost their opening game of the Scottish League One season 2-0 away to Airdrieonians who were title contenders last season before dropping off towards the end. Next week, the Blue Toon face newly promoted Cove Rangers at home who are off to a flying start after beating nine-man East Fife 3-1 in their season opener yesterday.

'tis true, Cove Rangers have their sights firmly set on the as-yet undefined European Super League.

"away from home". Sort of redundant there, no? Like a "one-all draw".

In other news, the UK's worst football team Fort William FC find themselves in the unexpected and heady territory of 6th (out of 17) in the Highland League's 1920/21 season with an enviable GD = 0.

Much better performance from.my beloved scunny this week ... that saying we still.lost 555555.. totally new side as all first team n both manager n assistant got covid ..couldnt name subs and all.yts yougsters created loads of chances but missed em ..

Very poor start to season but sure they will.turn it around dependong on how long we are running on bare bones cos of the kung flu .

At this rate scunnybwould strughle n only finish third inthe Scotish premier league such is the state ov there game at the mo.

Always look.on the brightside as my old gran used to.say everytime she got nicked for shop. Lifting

^ Based on Fort William's current line up, you don't need ANY actual football players to play a game but it's best to have an electrician, a trainee supermarket manager (and his wife's cousin) and at least one volunteer fireman. Oh, and someone with a bus and a PSV license.

Good news indeed DM. If it's any consolation, the cancellation of Fort William's last 6 games in their Covid-free and frankly hopeless 2019/20 season was what really saved them.

Jock.teams in the CL laughable ... Cannon fodder .. from.grass roots to Champions League , is it April 1st already ???.. Real Ale Madrid , Bathelona and Makabi Hiafa must be kacking themselves at the thought of having to come to.Scotlànd ...

I know many will be waiting for an update on the Scunny urd covis issue ..at present

Both manager n assistant manager , physio 2 pie gurls and Ethel.the cleaner oh yeah plus 9 players have covid .. the epl are "looking into" how this came about .
The clubs next 3 fixtures AT LEAST have been postponed .

Now heres a question ...The Iron have played 3 games in the last 2 weeks ..so have the platers from.Forest Green Carlisle n Exeter been tested as they were all.in clos proximatey to Scunny players for 90 mins .. except for their goalkeeper as Scunny never got near that part if tge field .

Now to more important news ..

Thecefl n fa have forced Scunny utd to field a team for todays fa cup game against Solihull .. even tho they cant name a full team due to covid ..the same efl who insisted they postpone the last 4 league fixtures cos couldnt field a team

Anyway hey ho .. until.Trumpmwe will.take it on the chin and Madge the cleaner will.play as midfield anchor while 2 car park attendents and a rather rotund south stand pie lass have also been named in the starting 11 .. no subs avialble to name ..

Wish the epl.was as easy frauded as the US election ..
