Unsweetened whole grain cereal or muesli with fresh fruit and soy milk, greek style yogurt, and one cup of coffee with soy milk and sugar. Once a week usually Sunday I make a large cheese and veggie omelet (3 eggs), whole wheat toast with olive oil and fruit jam, fresh fruit usually some type of melon, and a cup of coffee.

So, who am I? 8)

My mate Colin Dresner (RIP) who ran the original Sportsman an English pub in Soi 6 Pattaya back in the 1980's had a breakfast menu that catered to all tastes and appetites with the following being the cheapest option.

"The Jockey's Breakfast: a cigarette and a p!ss - help yourself."

As for my typical breakfast, it's a pot of coffee made with Phu arabica beans from makro. Sometimes I have makro brownies or a Big C croissant or sometimes fresh patong-kho if one of the nieces brings them back from the school run.

My breakfast is a large cup of coffee from my espresso maker. I like good coffee and grind my own coffee beans. The best beans I have found are are 20 percent Robusta and 80 percent Arabica dark roasted. They cost me 400 baht for a kilo from Siam Roastery. I have tried all the expensive beans and found that they are a waste of money.

The Swedish votes are in:

OFT,you will survive today,i think ;-)Regading the ALS,well if you have to start the morning with that, hmm, guess something is upsetting your tummy..Porridge =Good..Sultans = Good...Hebal Tea= Excellent..Pills..never good but i guess a necessity in your case..White toast = Tummy NOT like at all..tastebuds like them..Jam..well usually alot of sugar..so not to good.
All in all..50/50 Good Brekkie Index ;-)You have 50% chanse of improvments..Age,weight management,Bloodpressure and cholesterol levels are all things we/you can improve on.For your tummy, just try to drink more water..2 liter extra a day and my i suggest..Multivitamin,Zink/Selen,Omega Oli Caps and Magnesium.

Take full blodwork including PSA and Testosteron test once a year.

That's it from Doc.Alfie..some of above written with a pinch of *sarcasm*..okey ;-)

Have a good and healthy day sir..:-)

4 moo ping & 5 baht of sticky rice.
Blueberry, blackberry, strawberry, banana & plain yogurt smoothie to drink. I have to confess to adding a little full fat milk to thin it down
