Sadly I missed the orange squash served by Udons LUFC branch but was partying on down at Elland Road on Friday night. Everything happens for a reason and, maybe the big man (God, not Bielsa) stranded me in the UK so I could be part of, in my opinion, the best moment in the Club's history.
Awesome to be right there and part of it. Good on ya!

May the (socially distanced and mask-wearing) force be with you.

I seem to remember there was at least one Derby fan on here so, as a parting shot, this, at Pride Park yesterday, was one of the funniest things I've seen. Victor Orta is a legend.

Fuk'n bored with Leeds already.

Meanwhile an epic night of championship games yesterday. Something like 7 of 11 games deciding promotion or demotion. A whole season's worth of excitement in one day.

I,ve always had a soft spot for Fulham but they came up via the play offs 2 years ago and went straight back down. I think it would be the same again this time if they win.
So maybe Brentford deserve there chance. Apparently they play very nice football and over 70 years since they were in the top flight of English football.
A real derby game with only 4 miles separating the two grounds.
What a shame there will be no fans at Wembley to see it.
Just when I thought our chance had passed, you go and save the best for last.

Interesting judgement from EFL. Riddled with inconsistencies

https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/53612257

This has been dragging on for much too long. It will be interesting how they will punish Villa, for example if found guilty. It was a live issue when they were promoted last year but, no action was taken. Both they and DCFC profited from play off income.

Yes I see Wigan were deducted 12 points this season and relegated pending an appeal.
Why is Wednesday's deduction applying to next season instead?
Not saying the deductions are right or wrong but surely there has to be some consistency.
My local team Macclesfield has had points deducted several times this season for late payment of wages.
The latest case a few weeks ago, heard by an independent tribunal, deducted them 2 points with 4 suspended which meant they avoided relegation.
The EFL are appealing against the tribunal decision which they say is too lenient.
Blimey Macc have now been deducted 16 points this season and still aren't bottom.
I think the phrase "not fit for purpose" should apply to the EFL and not the clubs after there actions this season.
Just when I thought our chance had passed, you go and save the best for last.

I think they delayed Wednesdays punishment in case they find AVFC guilty. How can they impose a penalty retrospectively when they were promoted?

Sorry about Maccs troubles - they seem to be an easy target for the EFL..

Terrible what happened to Macclesfield. The EFL truly have no shame.

One of my son's best mate's family is involved in the club and he was looking forward to the Macc v Harrogate games next year. Sad that they are swapping places.

Never seen this thread before. Is it for the lower league clubs?

I support a Premier League Team and nothing exists outside there

Without giving too much thought at this point, I would go for

Watford or Middlesbrough
Peterborough or Sunderland
Salford or Tranmere

Just checked the odds and Scunny are 33/1 ahead of the team from Cleethorpes who are 40/1. Where's your faith DM?!

Sammy old chap its the thread on which Leeds were commented about over the last 1.6 decades .. you must of seen it surely.

Faith in managerless Scunny .. Na not this season we will struggle big time ... hope im wrong ..i was once but forgot exactly when it happened long time ago.

Agree WBA will find it tuff in the EPL i reckon the mighty whites will stay up in prosper in the mid to top half .

Wolves EPL champs .. a la Leicester ..
