Paid bill today

Consumption last month was 886 units

Original bill was 3,691.67 baht

After discount paid 2,571.38 baht
approx 30% disc ,, not to be sniffed at ..

Im not sure but i think the disc percentage rate depends on consumed units and is on a scaled system ..the numbers below ring a bell but again not totally sure my info is correct.

Maybe its just the April bill that is as the Feb reading.

150 under free leccy
150 to 800 / 50% disc
800 over / 30% disc

So using STWW's calculator my April charge should be 910 Baht as compared to the bill which is 1700.

Meter type 1125
Feb usage 240 kw/hr
Apr usage 424 kw/hr

Interesting to see if that is the case, Mrs Dero told me yesterday I should be able to pay using my KBank app to PEA today - 8th May
Was just able to pay the bill via KBank app = 935.46 Baht. OK the calculation was not perfect BUT I'm one happy customer.

Leccy bin arrived today - Mooban on the edge of Ban Dung.

Units consumed - 698, which is not surprising given the fact that up to 3 aircons have been on for long hours during this current heatwave. As a comparison, Feb was 189, March 309 and April 454. I paid the full amount (less 3% discount when applicable) for each of these bills.

Amount payable 694TBH \:D/

This playing in the background only makes me happier. :D

Many landlords have given free rent or discounted half rent for their tenets during the C19 covering April May n June then reviewed there after .. im guessing even tho there will be many empty places in the coming months due to businesses not reopening this wont stop some landlords slipping in rent increases in the future to claw back the discounted losses.

25% seems steep Dean .. normally its 10% increase every 3 years as the norm

Since you are not on a domestic tariff you don’t qualify for the same reduction.

If you were on the 1.1.2 domestic tariff it would be 2,000 lower you are on the small business 2.1
