as I said weeks ago they will gradually get bigger & bigger leagues to expunge their seasons so as they can tell TV cos they had no option to finish

Eredivisie decision

Former United boss Alan Pardew has avoided relegation with ADO Den Haag after it was confirmed there would be no promotions or relegations from the Dutch top-flight.

ADO Den Haag currently sit in the Eredivisie relegation zone along with RKC Waalwijk.

Dutch giants Ajax have been denied the Eredivisie title after it was confirmed there would be no 2019/20 league champions in the Netherlands.

Last season's Champions League semi-finalists lead the table on goal difference over AZ Alkmaar with nine league matches left to be played.

However, whilst some leagues have opted to cancel their leagues and freeze the league table, Ajax have been told they will not be crowned champions.

This sets a bad precedent for English clubs such as Liverpool, who lead the Premier League by 25 points, and Leeds United, who are top of the Championship table and hopeful of a return to the Premier League.s

I think this is a wise decision by the Dutch FA ..

You cant have a countries population on lock down due to a killer pandemic and still expect a football game or season to be completed , behind closed doors or not .. 2019/20 seasons in all leagues and for that matter countries should follow the Netherlands and make a strong firm decision so clubs can focus on getting their houses in order for next season IF ITS EVEN POSSIBLE BY AUGUST .. which i doubt.

I realize there are many issues such as season ticket refunds and player contracts etc ..but ,, lets stop the dithering ....ITS ONLY A GAME

Every cloud has a silver lining ..

The FA are considering regionalizing league 1 and 2 ..in which case SCUNTHORPE UNITED GET PROMOTED :D \:D/ there goes my last two cans of Chang .. now only 17 bottles wine left !!

I say expunge all footy and the FA must dot he following. ..

Liverpool given title
Leeds n WBA promoted
No epl relegated this season but 5 clubs go down the next season is played in full.
No teams relegated from Championship but only 2 promoted next season not 3
ECL and Europa league places are given to teams in those positions NOW.
England awarded the winners of Euro 2020 and the Quartar WC in 2024 cos thats a certainty anyway.
Grahan Swann must leave Scunthorpe Utd.
Make DM president of FIFA
Put Steve Bruce on a diet
All Leeds fans must attend anger management counciling along with Millwall n Cardiiff supporters.

Going to be tough on the players, mind it gives the mighty Hammers the chance to resume it’s last minute fight back.

You must be a bit worried that they will use averages to work out the final table ...... bye bye hammers
at least if they play the games you have a chance of survival, and if they expunge the season your safe

Can you see the team owners allowing multi million pound players to be worked like dogs?

How many of "the dogs" are chomping at the bit to get playing again ?

Everyone saying look at Germany almost ready to start behind closed doors ..........until now

German govt saying all involved (inc players) will have to wear masks. Needless to say the players say it cant be done.

Bayern Munchins Training with social distancing

Football is a contact sport , 22 GATHERING on the pitch in a competitive match let alone all the other on the sidelines and background staff do mean even crowdless closed door games are a no no .. i think its time the FA and FIFA just make a decision n stop all the dithering.. France has done the right thing.
