Can they be insured for road use? Or is it just another gamble I take being hit by an unlicensed driver in an uninsured vehicle.
Not saying they are not a good idea but that don’t help a punter who gets hit.
I’m sure I saw one in town.

They would be ideal for condo dwellers to buzz around town. The problem would be where to charge the batteries. I had considered a battery powered scooter to leave at my condo but charging it would have been a problem.
