Thai passport office
The Thai passport office is moving in to the center next month.
Age is a matter of mind.
If you don't mind, it doesn't matter.

Maybe Central Plaza or 'the Complex' as some of those in our dotage like to call it? The Thai DL renewal place moved in there maybe 2 months ago.
Either way, it would be good to know precisely as we have 3 passport renewals needing done ASAP so we can collectively flee this virus-ridden hell-hole.

Re: Thai passport office
Mrs tam was made aware of it when we were visiting the main transport office on Highway 2 late last year, me for new rego plates and her to renew her DL. She had to install their app on her phone before she could make an appointment. Next day showed availability. I dropped her off outside Central about 9 AM and she was done and had her new license by 11 AM. Thus I have no idea where it's located beyond being 'at the back' but it shouldn't be too hard to find and one can always ask at the mall Info Desk.Brian Davis wrote: ↑February 28, 2020, 6:09 pmWasn't aware of that and I didn't spot it when in there today. On what floor in Central? And where from? - the one at AEK?
AFAIK there's still the in-town office underneath AEK but that's from observation while parking at AEK for medical biz a couple of months back. I'm not in the country at the moment.
