Recent Notary advice needed

Post by Bandung_Dero » February 11, 2020, 3:03 pm

Been through a number of threads here on UM relating to Notary Public services but the posts are dated.

In short my Australian Lawyer is preparing a Power of Attorney for me. She advised me the Notary needs not be Australian but fully registered, legal service (I'm trying to avoid going down to the Australian Embassy).

Not worried about Lawyers fees, just want good quality service.

Thank you for any recommendations relating to recent experiences.

Tawiyong Srikham (Yong), 0989747677 [email protected] 1/3 Sitthisiri Rd. Udon
His office is on the road immediately behind the Ban Chiang Hotel (near Tungsrimeuang), just a hundred meters or so from Srisuk Rd.
Lived in Australia for several years. I'm not certain he's a notary.....but if not, he can probably lead you to one.

This lawyer is a very nice guy and English speaking member of the Udon Expat Club:

These two below were notaries that I have made note of on pervious Udon Map posts about notaries, but I have never used them!

I have used Kampan who is a registered Notary Public.
Tel 0868998374 he speaks very good English.

Colossians 2:8-10...See to it that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deception, which are based on human tradition and the spiritual forces of the world rather than on Christ. For in HIM dwells all the fullness of the GODHEAD bodily; and you are complete in HIM, who is the head of all principality and power.

Thank you for your replies. Been advised by my lawyer to be safe and use the Embassy as the document concerned will be submitted to the S.A. law courts.
