I might be missing something, but that bill tracks with the standard rate that's been in effect for a few years (as I mentioned above)
https://www.mea.or.th/en/aboutelectric/116/280/form/11
The rate charged for your 400-771kwh is 4.42/kwh
The rate charged for your 151-400kwh is 4.22/kwh
Your overall bill went up (per kwh) because you used a higher amount of electricity and you're charged more for higher amounts (over 400kwh).
Yep, just have to cut back on using the A/C so much. The Air Conditioners units (two of them) fed by this supply side are not Inverters. They were cheapy Mitsubishi ECO Mr Slims. Most of the lighting on this supply side is LED
From what I have read, the appliances that chew up the most energy in ones home, are
Air Conditioners: Have two running of this Supply
Water Heater: Only have a small one running of this Supply, part of the time
Washer & Dryer: Dont have either of them on this Supply
Lighting: Mostly LED, so shouldn't chew up too much
Electric Ovens: Dont have one on this Supply
The to a lesser usage extent
Ceiling Fan: Have two on this Supply
Refridgerators: Have two on this Supply
TV: Have two onthis Supply
Computers: Dont have one on this Supply
So my most likely Culprit, is the overuse of the Air Conditioners
