Which bank has the best currency rate?

Government Bank does not charge 15% on savings interest as does Bangkok Bank . Bad enough that the interest rate is so low and then they tax the paltry interest .

I changed money in the basement of Suvarnabhumi last Thursday and noticed that the booths around Superrich had the same or even slightly better rates so there is no need to join the scrum at Superrich anymore.
The booth I used refused to change 2 notes which had been written on so I went next door the Bangkok Bank booth and they changed them at the same rate.

I checked my account. Bangkok Bank took no fee for the transaction.
