Converter (e.g. Youtube to MP3)

I may be asking for the moon, but is anyone aware of a converter e.g. youtube video to MP3, which isn't full of adware? My anti-virus and malware checkers have rejected all I've tried so far. A new computer (hard drive), so I'm attempting to keep it as clean as possible.
Before, I rather liked being able to do the conversions one by one on-line, rather than downloading a conversion program.

I use this combined with Adblocker and I don't get any pop ups etc.

I've actually used another converter, which didn't cause any warnings to surface. Able to transfer the music I wanted for a flash drive in the car. I didn't realise things like Adblocker existed and it appears impressive, if I can believe the amount of tat it indicates as having stopped already. Thanks for the guidance.
