WD-40
I have a security door with a frozen lock. I twisted the key into two pieces while trying to get the thing open. I am spraying the accessible parts with a light oil but would like to use WD-40 since I would have more confidence in it working. My question is: Where can I buy a can of WD-40 in or around Udon Thani?
Many thanks in advance.

Downstairs in the old Big C . Amorn shop on the far right side as you go in .
Age is a matter of mind.

Amorn ( below Big C) 149 baht
Re: WD-40
If you search the internet to find recommendations and solutions for penetrating and releasing rusted, corroded or seized metal parts, you would find that many mechanics, etc. recommend other brands as superior to WD-40. Some touted home-made release agents as best of all. My recollection is that a 50-50% solution of automatic transmission fluid and vegetable oil was touted as superior to commercial products.

Canister blow torch......my favorite 'tool'. A 35 baht can of gas, available in most any Lotus or Big C camping section. The torch heads are available in the night sidewalk market in UD Town for about 300-400 Baht. Cheaper even on Lazada
