It is a B2000.00 fine to litter in BKK..
A female student fined B1000.00 for a nude photo...
A woman driver fined B500.00 for not pulling over to let an ambulance go past with a dying man, who did die...
Am I missing something here? Fines in Thailand need to catch up to the 21st century.

Not quite sure what sort of fines you are advocating here mudguard B50,000 for stubbing a ciggy out on the pavement?

the fines are usually based on what was in the criminal code when it was written.. So, you see fines that appear ridiculously low even for these times.. Some have been adjusted others not..
