Has anyone had successful treatment for this condition at a Clinic or Hospital in Udonthani ?
Steroidal injections seem to be the best option and surgery a last resort . Thanks in advance
for any recommendations .

Funny you should ask..........I broke my wrist in the U.S. recently and, following surgery, had several rehab sessions with a hand therapist who has been practicing for 25 years (Phyllis Monroe, www.libery-rehab.com). I don't know if Thailand has a therapist with the equivalent skills of Phyllis, but I will be looking for one when I return soon. Several years ago I had rotater cuff therapy at Bangkok Hospital........solved my problem. I'll try them for follow-up on my wrist when I return.

Re: TRIGGER FINGER (Stenosing Tenosynovitus)
I had these problems 2011 first on the little finger and 2013 on the pointer finger of my right hand. In Udonthani, I did not get any satisfactory information from the doctors, but then I got a recommendation for a surgeon at Khon Kaen Ram hospital. Doctor's name was Krits Salang, a friendly smart guy. A small cut under local anesthesia and the problem was gone forever. Follow up on the next day so I had a night in Khon Kaen.
I would go there again if the problem reappears.
