I went there last Sunday with 2 friends. We bought mostly pies ,sausages and bacon. Everything was really tasty. The bacon was keeping his shape when cooked ,that means that had the right amount of fat and water inside.the sausages very tasty and value for money and the pies where wonderful. I will be back for sure .thanks guys!!!!!
Thanks Tom & Jee. The bacon is dry cured and it keeps its shape very well. The taste speaks for itself. I always have a bacon roll when I'm on site, which anyone can do if they want to sample our product.
NO BIAS HERE , just MHO ...Gotta agree ive had a TIT bacon banjo a few times recently n it reminded me of the old Chern Chim days , the bacon doesnt shrink no white foamy crap in the pan or on the griddle and the flavour is superb .
Sausages ..DMs pick has been the Budget Cumberland perfect for bangers n mash .
Pies ...also been DM taste tested n all excellent ...the outstanding one IMO is the BEEF MADRAS .
Steaks ... tried most and enjoyed ..the Cape Grim at approx 600 bt for a 300g Rump Eye was way out in front but the Wingham brand especially the tenderloin was excellent also.
Cape Grim burgers or Victiria lamb burger matched with the burger bread rolls also a must try ...and lots of other stuff in store now AND LOADS MORE ON THE WAY !!!
Good sales for TIT in the evening yesterday as some Tap patrons requested a viewing and bought stuff , both businesses also 3DM are benefiting from the joint location idea .
Good luck to the TIT guys involved ..seems its got off to a great start !!
