All of the big places stock them price does not vary much the ones painted green are slightly cheaper than than the blue ones.

Yes, that's where I bought mine. Then, they had two choices, one more heavy duty than the other. I seem to remember about 4-5,000 baht for three sections, as it were. You'll probably want lockable wheels, which were inside the main shop. I don't know if they sell a full platform or 'panels' to stand on - not when I was there. I actually cut some planks with clamps and used these to stand on, fairly securely.
I bought the scaffold essentially to 'get at' the top of a largish tree we have, although it has been useful around the bungalow. BUT, I had a few near-things standing on the top and my family is probably happy now that at my age we employ a local when the tree needs 'shaping'. He'll probably climb up the middle barefoot, put his head out the top and cut it from there. Watch out for the red ants!
