Tramadol

Hello,

I have been trying to purchase Tramadol in Udon Thani, but the pharmacies do not seem to stock it. I have Young Onset Parkinson's Disease and use it in small quantities (10-12 per month) to help with muscle pain as needed.

Does anybody know where I can go to purchase? If possible, I would prefer to not have to sit in a doctors office and wait.

I do not think you can buy it anymore, since more than a year back. You will have to go to the doctor.

Tramadol IS Highly Addictive,Think that's the reason you can't buy it here.....I Use Co-Codamol for pain relief but even that is BANNED Here,I get it sent to me from The U.K.....

Tramadol is available as an In Hospital medication still.

It can also be prescribed by Medical Staff at the hospital for out patient treatment.

W55 , if you dont have a decent set of clinical documents, Drs referal letter from Overseas, you might struggle to convince the medical staff to prescribe for you

You might try Ultracet which is a combination of Tramadol and Paracetamol. It's available at a number of pharmacies around town which have a real life pharmacist present to dispense the drug. Not all pharmacies in Thailand are created equal.
