I know it was only a friendly but I'm not too hopeful about Uniteds prospects this season.....season 3 is normally where it all goes pear shaped for Jose.
Still,it was very much a second string United side with only Alexis and Smalling who seem sure of their places in the strongest XI.....Grant:Darmian,Smalling,Fosu-Mensah,Tuanzebe,Mitchell,McTominay,Herrera,Pereira,Mata,Alexis.
I expect Liverpool to be the main challengers to Citehs title this season with the Spuds third and,maybe,Arsenal fourth.
As for Everton.....shocking again....hopefully there will be three weaker sides than them in the Premiership this season.
