The Seekers, with Judith Durham as lead vocalist, were the first Australian group to make it internationally.

What a lovely, melodic voice.

She will also be remembered (certainly by yours truly) as a very capable jazz singer in the days before she achieved international fame.

I went to see the 'Seekers' at the Albert Hall in London in 1967, and remember to this day Judith's wonderful voice. RIP
