Foo Fighters Drum Passes at 50 yers of age

Post by Doodoo » March 26, 2022, 10:58 am

Taylor Hawkins, the exuberant, ferocious drummer of the Foo Fighters, has died. He was 50 years old. The band — which was scheduled to perform in Bogota, Colombia on Friday night — confirmed the news. No cause of death has been revealed at this time.

Gilbert Gottfried, comedian and 'Aladdin' voice, dies after a long illness at 67

Gilbert was a wonderful husband, brother, friend and father to his two young children. Although today is a sad day for all of us, please keep laughing as loud as possible in Gilbert's honor

Was Mr Gottfried also a member of the Foo Fighters?

How do you know, Doodoo?

Why would you say it is a sad day for all of us?

Canadians spell honour correctly.

Hope this helps,

No, but clearly more than you.

How do you know the deceased so well that you can provide a summary of his character? It is difficult to believe you knew him well enough to comment on his marriage.

Hope this helps and gives you pause to think about what to do today. Good luck,

Not sure why Doodoo placed his Gilbert Gottfried obituary inside the Taylor Hawkins obituary.

Being the OP (original poster) of BOTH items, Doodoo can easily correct the error. Here's how.

1 ) Create a NEW Gilbert Gottfried obit thread in the Obituaries forum.

2 ) Delete the content of the Gilbert Gottfried post in THIS thread and replace the text with a link to the NEW Gilbert Gottfried obit thread.

3 ) (Optional) Ask the Moderator to remove the irrelevant comments from the confused UM membership, including his own.

Hope this helps.

Not wishing to cast nasturtiums, just an observation, when it comes to the English language, Doo Doo often writes Doo-Doo.

Hope this is not Helpful.
He's got his little y-fronts and he's got his little vest, Chaz Jankel, 1998. Mash it up Harry.

Seeing as this is an ENGLISH LANGUAGE FORUM whether to use the Canadian spelling or not is irrelevant the word honour is spelt H O N O U R

BTW I googled Foo Fighters and had it confirmed ...... I've never heard of any of them
