Urgent...Dermatologist Needed!!

I have read older posts on this forum where others have been looking for a Dermatologist in Udon, but I have yet to see that anyone has found one as yet. I have a history of Basal Cell Carcinoma (BCC), a type of skin cancer, and I have recently discovered 5 new lesions on my back that should be treated ASAP. The first line of treatment is generally Cryosurgery using a simple canister of liquid nitrogen to freeze the malignant cells...similar to freezing off a wart. The second line treatment would be Curettage and Electrodesiccaation which is simply cutting and cauterizing. The third line treatment would be Excisional Surgery which is to surgically remove the growth and suture.

I visited one female dermatologist located on Phosri Road across from the Top World Supermarket. She says "no can do anything...go to hospital"! So today I went to Panyavejinter Hospital and visited with a very knowledgeable surgeon who offered to skip treatments 1 and 2 and go straight to Excisional Surgery because "nobody in Udon can do 1 and 2; otherwise, you can go Bangkok". Now...how did I know that is precisely what he would say, just as I told my wife shortly before entering his office. Obviously, option number 3 represents the biggest payday!!!!

Somebody in Udon has got to be equipped and capable to do either of treatments 1 and 2. A canister of liquid nitrogen is as common in the toolbox of a dermatologist as a screwdriver is to that of a mechanic. Therefore, if any of my fellow forumites has had a problem with BCC's and has been treated in Udon, will you kindly respond with details. Or, if you simply have knowledge of a dermatologist who might be equipped and qualified to treat the BCC's, I would sincerely appreciate the referral. I am attaching a photo of a BCC here:

You could try Dr Somchai, Tel 042-222590. Not sure of road name but round the corner from Maiya Restaurant. He sorted mine out with cryo (liquid nitrogen) treatment. He uses the old method of dipping cotton wool on a stick, crude but effective......First went Dr Khit on Posri Road, he suggested Dr Somchai as well as the Bangkok hospitals etc. good luck

Many thanks to Asiaphile and Camps, but please keep the recommendations coming in case Dr. Somchai doesn't work out for one reason or another. Always good to have a few more to fall back on!

Two weeks ago I went to Bangkok, to the Bumrungrad hospital to see there skin specialist Dr Nussra, I had three pre cancerous moles removed from my arm by lazer and two from my back removed by surgery. I have had about fifteen removed so far, in both Australia and Thailand, through a life time of surfing and sailing in the Australian sun. I see Dr Nussra every year for a complete check. She is a specialist and knows what she is doing when it comes to melanoma and checks every inche of your body, don't muck around if you are unsure, get it seen to straight away and by an expert, in other words go straight to Bangkok.

I tried once at the Phuket Bangkok hospital, they sent me to the beautician and had no idea about melanoma, a total waste of time, thought I wanted moles removed because they were ugly not cancerous.
