Just looked for early June and prices not too bad on Air Asia - and they are bookable :

I agree on the booking ability but they will probably be a little bit higher if you went further in the booking process

Nope what you see is what you can book unless you want to add on extras like food, baggage, insurance etc

Surprised air asia haven't got a "pilot surcharge" yet

less than 50% customers paying gets you a trainee pilot
50% + gets you a recently qualified pilot
100% gets you a fully trained and experienced pilot
