Thaiair online booking problems

Hi, has anyone here from Australia had any problems booking flights online with Thaiair, and paying by Visa. My payment keeps getting rejected, my bank says I'm all ok, it's not them, I've tried different cards, browsers, but still no luck.
I believe I need to book with Thaiairways to use my travel voucher and accrued miles.

To clarify, are you in Australia trying to book or in Thailand. If in Thailand try to use a free VPN and say location is in Australia.

I had the same problem with another airline.
I checked their booking conditions and they said flights booked with credit card must be verified by visa.
I had my credit card details stored on my computer so I never got the chance to get a code from my bank sent by sms to verify the transaction.
Deleted the stored credit card details on my computer and had no problem.
