When I was in Udon in April, AEK Hospital had "apartments" in a building behind hospital for rent.
According to leaflet basic details are:
Regular Room, 3,000 per month.
Standard Room (Air-con), 4,000 per month.
VIP Room (AC, TV, refrigerator & hot water), 5,000 per month.
Room 4 x 5.5 metres, bathroom 1.7 x 1 metre, private balcony.
500 car parking lot with 24 hour security.
Access by bus No 2 & No 15
