TAILORING FOR LADIES

As the thread title suggests I'm thinking about buying an outfit (jacket, skirt + two pairs of trousers for my other half, as her Christmas present.

Can anyone recommend a tailor in Udon and give any idea of what it may cost in a decent quality fabric?
