The supply of Pastries and sorts from Lady Pies arrived and will be sorted today in the freezers, will post Prices once all sorted and sitting nicely for display.

The new shop is coming along and looking good for The New Years opening with more items heading to Udon in the New Year.

Good to see a new outlet becoming available shortly, and good to see that you intend putting prices on goods for sale. I am getting fed up with some older outlets that have no prices on goods. I will visit ASAP.

Ham Ham Ham - arrived yesterday Boneless Hams, if you want a small Cut of Fresh Smoked Ham for your Xmas Lunch come in Today ( or Tomorrow after 2pm as we are having xmas lunch early at the TBar on Xmas Eve at Midday with Steve and Mali )and we can Cut one for your Requirements and Budget, 3 Hams Left on the Bone, Pretty Big though 7-11kg's, so for a Large Family / Party no Problems - 428 Baht a KG.

Lady Pies from Phuket have been Great Sellers, Plenty in Stock with another batch flying in after xmas.

New Shop nearly done and maybe open before the New Year, plenty of Parking, Look for the Signs over the next few days on Phosri Road, Next to the Post Office and NB Hotel / Amazon Coffee, a great Location.

The New Shop Location and as firstly advised ( appologies ) it is on Nittayo Road, not Phosri ( nearly Correct ) Just after the Amazon Coffee / NB hotel and the Pho Si Post Office - heading towards Marco coming from the City or after you make a U Turn heading back towards the Ring Road.

OPENING Soon, but we will still have a Freezer at the Sports Bar with a Smaller Range of Products Available for everyone when you are in the Bar.

Hello Udon and as Promised the New Udon Gourmet Meats Butcher Shop is Open From Today Sunday December 28th

Location for the New Shop is Next to the Pho Si Post Office on Nittayo Road heading out of Town, Past the NEW SPORTS STADIUM, Just Past the NB Hotel and the Amazon Coffer Shop headed towards Macro and Big C, Picture attached below.

Full Range of Bacon, Ham, Gourmet Sausage Ranges ( Thick and Thin ), Steaks, Beef Patties are in the Fridges and Freezers, LADY Pie Ranges from Phuket avail in the Freezers, more Stock headed up from Korat after NEW YEars.

Retails and Wholesale Avail, so drop in and discuss with See and Tom.

Small range of all the Retail Products will still be available from the Freezer at the Sportsbar in Soi Samphan, but if its easy Parking and Bulk Purchases you require please head out to the Shop.

New Ranges Avail soon, once the New Year season is over and our Suppliers in Australia return back to the Abattoirs, their will be some welcome Products from Australia at great Prices for Meat Lovers.

Came away with some good looking snags which we'll eat tonight and an Aussie Meat Pie.
Just had the pie for lunch - delish.
Will be back for more including some pretty fine looking aged Beef.

We should have a Full Stock of Gammon in Next week, we can not make them fast enough, so apologies that we ran out, will sort it out as we learn what Products our customers want, we are still learning........

Thanks for being open today,stocked up on my sausages,bacon,pies,steak,burgers and the sliced ham has been devoured already,very nice indeed. Can wait also for the gammon steaks and the lamb products as and when they arrive in 2015
Excellent shopping 2k worth of products bought,his supplies have been hit hard but found the place easily,no problems with parking

Well done See and Tom, Excellent Meat and Pies walked out the Door over Xmas and New Years from the Bar, with the BBQ working a treat Xmas, and great to see that you are Exporting Legs of Double Smoked Ham's to Saudi, has to be a First, wonder if they want any Magners?????

Just to let you know had a phone call this morning and the Next Truck should be here Tuesday so will be great News as our Bacon, Steaks and Hams are running Low after the Festive Season.

Thanks for the News on the Lady Pie's arriving this week from Phuket, more Ranges will be welcomed by the Customers here, Chicken Mushroom definitely as requested daily.

To all our Customers over the first Week of the Shop being open, thanks very much for the business you have given us, it has been unthinkable to both of us at the volume of Customers in such a short time.

But Sorry Folks - we will be shut for a few days as the wife and I need to head to Bangkok to get the Import Paperwork Stamped off, and the Wife and I need to be both present, but once the Stamps and Certs are complete, then it will be full steam ahead for 1.3T of Sweet Australian Lamb to add to the Selection we already Stock. Once that is sorted then it will be container after container on Thai Airways.

The Range will be to start with Lamb Leg, Loin Chops, Racks, Back Shanks, Front Shoulder Boned, Four Quater Chops and Lamb Gourmet Sausages.

Once the Lamb is sorted, look out for Australian Beef Cuts.

Once again sorry for the inconvenience, but the end result I am sure will keep you the customers smiling.

We passed by 1st jan and your shop was unsurprisingly closed, will be visiting Udon jan 6th, good to know in advance whether you're open or not...

My oh my, are we spoilt for choice or what? When I first came to Udon, early 80's. The only outlet for imported? foodstuffs was at Udon Supermarket on Pho Sri Road. Pckt of sausages & that was it. Good Luck to "Gourmet Meats" on their new Venture. Will certainly make a beeline once the festivities are well & truly over.

Sorry, we should be back into Udon and Open late Tuesday, Wednesday depending on Thai Office and Flights but will keep everyone updated, apologies for not putting the times on our Mistake.

Sorry for the late response and being closed, at Swampy now and we should be back in the shop in a couple of hours, once again sorry for shutting the shop but had to get the Import Stuff Sorted, all good in Bangkok, will up date when the Products will arrive in Udon ASAP. Also once we settle done on what customers need, we will be able to provide a wider range, cheeses and dry goods, imported from OS etc.

Back in the Shop now so Open we are, now just need the Certificates back from the Thai Health Dept and our Imports will be on the way, the first consignment has been the hardest to get through the red tape, but they assure us that after this it will be smooth sailing [-o< [-o< , once again thanks for everyone's patience.
