It seems a bit unfair that the Iron have to faceoff against two teams.

Don't worry, they can handle it.

I wish i shared your optimism Ernie .. alas every game is a struggle at the moment and its gonna stay this way until Swan sells up .. rumours of a takeover rife but nowt happened yet .. in truth i would willingly see the Iron relegated again to the Northern Premier league to get rid of Swan with enthused new owners so can revive our dying club.

There you go 747 ..i told you we are on the march to the Premier League ..the Northern Premier League that is.

However things pan out so long as we avoid admin and liquidation..

I shall remain Claret n Blue all way through ..

Dagenham and Redbridge are top half of the table so will be feeling cocky like a Chinese chap with a hole in his pocket. Bruised and battered Scunthorpe should be cheeky enough to snatch something from them. Worth the ride down the A1 and M25.

Dagenham is a couple of miles too far East to be Cock(n)y Earnest :-"

Have Coventry measured up the stadium for all the Sports Direct signs yet?

It is not fair. Even Coventry would have a difficult go of it if they had to play two teams.

Well, life's not fair sometimes but at least your Scunthorpes are an honest bunch and only field 11 players. None of your dodgy shenanigans like Liverpool or Man Utd.

or the Evertons who seemed to be in trouble last year for a misdemeanor of some kind. GT never did explain the problem well.

They just flew 10,000 miles to play 10 behind the ball so they could earn a 0 - 0 draw with Celtic in a suburban park in Sydney. Things are on the up.

Have the Sydney Super Cup champions worked out the route for their open top bus parade yet?

Mind you it has to be a worry that after plenty of time on a 10000 mile flight Wankie still hadnt managed to show them ONE play that could score against a Scottish defense backed up by fumbling Joe Hart who had been beaten twice by an A league attack a couple of days before

Keys to the city on the cards?

A knighthood or two, possibly?
