Scunthorpe game postponed.

Coventry 2-4 Norwich
Well Scunny Never got their USUAL Thrashing then.....Why were ALL The National League games Postponed ??
Everton did though Alan

All the postponements were due to frozen pitches ..

BTW Scunnys results are for the most part secondary now .. actually the town and community having a football club at all remains the higher priority.

Yes, the problem for Scunthorpe Utd has become more of an existential one.

It's symptomatic of a larger problem in English football, Alan. See my post on the EPL thread - Everton is another good example when it comes to decision making at board and owner level. Easier to sack the manager and get another one (compensation notwithstanding!).

The board is looking at its 6th manager in 5 years.

Actually, go back to January 2018 and it's 7 with Big Dunc, ain't it? Maybe I need to take my shoes and socks off to count. Someone should ask the board what the definition of insanity is, Alan. The only answer is to purge the people at the top not the managers.

31/01/2022 - 30/06/2024 Frank Lampard
18/01/2022 - 30/01/2022 Duncan Ferguson
01/07/2021 - 16/01/2022 Rafa Benítez
22/12/2019 - 30/06/2021 Carlo Ancelotti
05/12/2019 - 21/12/2019 Duncan Ferguson
01/07/2018 - 04/12/2019 Marco Silva
29/11/2017 - 30/06/2018 Sam Allardyce

Shocking and shameful so much money wasted on managers and sub standard players who just werent up to the job.

Hey Alan ..... Do you get a cup for being relegated from the EPL ?? ..if so its the only one for the Goodison trophy cabinet anytime soon  Doris the Toffees trophy cleaner has had the same tin of Brasso for ny on 40 years and cant wait to crack it open before she retires

Serious question ... WHO NEXT TO MANAGE Everton ?? Jose , Poch , Agent Gerrard =D> , Tuchel or Keith Hill.

It appears despite their millions options on a new Everton manager limited as no one wants the poison chalice that is Goodison park , Mozzy n Kenwright.

I would rather my home town poor Scunny go to the wall extinct and start a phoenix club than carry on with owners like Swan ..

looks like he may need to play a few games "up front" as well if Spuds keep nicking their signings

Thanks for your support Alan .. now back in the coal bunker you daft little lilac troll !!! and as usual your prediction/hope was totally wrong ..read on blue nose.

Great away win for Scunny .. a 14th minute goal by young Calum Wilson enough to see off Halifax in front of a large loyal following of Scunny fans ..unlike Everton no head locks or harassing players ..we only want Swan gone and thats looking more likely this morning with another potential buyer appearing in the early morning fog.

highlights to follow as the game was live on BT Sports =D> =D>
