The goaltender for the Evertons obviously sucks. He was bad last year too as was the whole squad.
Ahhhh, The Goaltender ( As You a HOCKEY Fan ) Calls him WAS The 2nd Choice GoalKEEPER in that match,Plus the Defence were also our 2nd Choice on the Night....So Put a Sock in yer GOB O.K. ??? [-X [-X [-X
Okay, but I'd rather stuff myself with eggs, bacon and sausages, wouldn't you?

Why would the Evertons play a second rate goaltender and a second rate defence when they know they have to struggle for points? It doesn't make sense but then thems the Evertons after all.
But You DON'T Get POINTS in this Competition,It's only The Mickey Mouse Cup....The RS Fans will Confirm that,Won't Yer TEFAL & The Watchman....555 !!
Any win at all, even in the Mickey Duck Cup, should rank as a feather in the cap of the Evertons.

I know old mate GT has disappeared into the ether but he really was right when he continually claimed that this EPL thread is only about the weekly result of one club. So much happiness and sadness seems to depend to how badly Everton get stuffed or not. It's really really really really very boring and sad.

On the other hand Statts how good are Newcastle going? Now that's a story.

It's a difficult time with Ipswich Town, Norwich City, Coventry, Derby County, Hull City, Sheffield Wednesday et al out of the Premiership. It's true Newcastle, Crystal Palace, Leicester and Man City are worthy enough, but it's just not the same without the colourful teams.

"On the other hand Statts how good are Newcastle going? Now that's a story."

Like most Newcastle fans, enjoying the ride, without getting carried away. A quote from a Newcastle fan after the Chelski win was " wow 10pts from safety and 23 games to get them"

Buzzing that apart from an incorrect VAR call we would still be unbeaten this season, but realising there is still a long way to go and lots of points to win/lose. Looking forward to part 2 of the season when we should have our record signing Izac, ASM and Shelvey back fit as they have all had very little playing time so far and possibly one or two new faces from January ........ ee eye ..ee eye .. ee eye oh, up the Premier League we go

Note:- Bookies had Newcastle at 66/1 to make top 4 a while back ......... thats now 11/10  (Everton are 2000/1 with Betfair :-$ )

Just seen this quote from Wankie Lampard .........

""We were probably favourites to go down at the start of this season. There was a reason why we ended up where we did last season. So there is no right to be given anything in the Premier League. It doesn't matter about your history, you have to earn it."

Honest, but not exactly what the Evertons mob would have wanted to hear
