It will be interesting to see why the Real Madrid supporters didn't seem to have a problem getting into the ground. It seems to have been a bloody shambles.

I'm a bit surprised at people taking disabled or elderly family members to the match. Bloody FOOTBALL!!!!! can get a bit rough for the spectators.
Listening on the radio to some Liverpool fans, traveling as a family, who went to the stadium and used the Los Blancos gates and weren't stopped or searched and were in their seats well before kick-off. Obviously their tickets weren't 'fake' either. It does point to a degree of profiling, no?

Going to support your team shouldn't be a life-threatening affair regardless of age or physical ability.

19000 tickets issued 70000 Liverpool fans there ........ clearly more than "A FEW" with fake or no tickets

You mean 70000 "Liverpool fans" don't you? That would partially explain the numbers of ticketless French juvenile delinquents that the French Minister for Sports seems to be unaware of?

There's always fake tickets at high stakes sports venues and plenty scalpers as well. There's also fans that don't have tickets but go for the grand day out at the venues specifically set up so they can watch the game. Not at all unique to the LFC fanbase.

You're not French by any chance?

No tam Im not French, but I am aware that at the first sign of trouble the Gendarmerie (a branch of the armed forces in France) will, and do, use pepper spray and tear gas to control a crowd (football or non football) and ask questions later

So you've posted five times in about two and a half hours to try and wind Alan up on this thread and another on the Premiership thread since 3.45 UK time. This is bordering on the obsessive - it looks like he's living inside your head rent free.

yeh ,just replying to his posts? ,stop worrying about us in thailand, concentrate on your next occasional visit ,not sure about amount of posts/threads or times uk or other, that would be bordering on obsessive behavior ,whats that about living rent free and heads? :D :D :D
OK, no need to get defensive but you have to admit that Alan and Everton really are living rent free in your head. It's midnight Thai time and the wee fat fella is fast asleep in Nong Khai while you're posting six responses to him in two and a half hours. Not difficult to see your obsession when there's little activity on the forum.
Or it could of been i had just come in and was met by a flurry of his posts and decided to post?,have you ever counted 747mans posts?and the time frame in which they were posted or is it just mine? whats that about rent free again?, just try and relax and not get obsessed with it ;)

About all you do on this website is poke the stick at 747man. Why? Others such as Earnest post across a wide range of subjects. It's obvious who is obsessed and who isn't.

That's actually quite funny and, a nice change from the usual scally banter.

Personally, I'm with 747 on this one. Why does it always happen to Liverpool? When other clubs suffer similar issues, you dont have all this wailing and gnashing of teeth. Either they're guilty or just incessant whingers. My money's on a bit of both.

I'll decide what threads I'm interested in thanks. I have a fairly wide range of interests here. You seem to say your interest on this website is limited to 747man bashing. How peculiar. ;)

I tend to put it down to the pundits (ex players/mad supporters). You often hear Man U pundits / Leeds / Newcastle/ Arsenal /Spuds justifiably having a go at their team when they play badly or lose, but in contrast those ex Liverpool pundits/mad supporters/manager always manage to put the blame on someone else when they have a bad game.

Stevie Nicol "I'm scratching my head coz I cant understand how Liverpool lost that" (a clue they didnt score as many goals as Real)
Dick 'ed Owen "Liverpool are still the best in Europe" (a clue if they were Citeh wouldnt be champions neither would Los Blancos)
Gobshoite Carragher " Real Madrid are nowhere near good enough to win" that cost him 260 Euros

Because he doesn't like the Liverpool FC? Try and get over it.

I'm looking forward to some posts next season from you about the Liverpool FC.
