Guy Lafleur passed away at age 70.
Fought cancer for years.
One of Habs all time greats and a personal favourite.
RIP Guy

Many dream of a Stanley Cup ring, very few win five. RIP Guy

Brings back memories. Used to go to the Rockies games at the Big Mac in Denver in the 70's. Once a week they would have a Coors night, 10 cents a can. When the Habs were playing that was icing on the cake. The Habs had by far the best team at that time (Dryden, Lafleur, Mahovlich, Cournoyer), while the Rockies had arguably the worst.
The Rockies slogan at the time was: "Come to the fights and watch a Rockies game break out!"

That was Newman's favorite movie that he was involved in.
