Everton is currently 11th and falling. Many People's Club supporters will be concerned. Everton finished 10th last season and 12th, 8th, 8th and 7th in the four seasons before that.

changing the thread header is a sillyness that needs redacting , I have never reported anyone no cause too and wont do ... even Tammy

I'm NOT Confident.....But Anything CAN Happen.....

In November 1994 Everton were bottom of the table and hapless. Liverpool were fourth and flying.

In October 1997 Everton were 18th and had just produced one of their worst performances in living memory in a League Cup tie at Coventry.

It was a performance so abject the players and management openly revolted on the pitch afterwards. Liverpool were seventh and had just coasted past West Brom, a few days after putting four past Chelsea.

Last season, Everton had just lost back-to-back fixtures to Fulham and Man City - while Liverpool had comfortably beaten RB Leipzig in a Champions League knockout match before the Anfield derby.

Of course the Blues won all three........www.liverpoolecho.com

This will probably come back to bite my arse, but given the fact the toon ALWAYS lose and lose heavily at Arsenal, and they haven't won a game all season, there is still a chance that they could land an 11/2 shot and come away from North London with the points

Certainly would make more sense than backing Evertonil to win at Brentford at half the odds (12/5)

I don't know.

You, DM and Lawro are predicting a Gooners win. But Eddie has been training them hard and he's at the game today. Lawro is saying that Arsenal will want a bounce back from losing against Liverpool.

I won't be betting on it.
