Strikes me that someone needs to reset the alarm clocks for footie....

I know it was ONLY everton but there WAS a game last night

Teachers report:- Niggles seems to be a nice enough boy but need to pay attention more in class where he seems to spend far too much time daydreaming B+

^ To be honest, unless it’s Leeds I can’t be bothered back tracking games that are played before I wake up (& it was only Everton).

That’s twice you’ve dibbed in moaning I’ve missed a game without posting any results
Feel free to pitch in with fixtures & results when you want, I’m not particularly precious about the thread, I didn’t start it & nor do I own it.

EDIT
Looking back, you started this thread Statts. Any reason why you’re not posting much, particularly about fixtures & results played at stupid o’clock

coz quite often I fall asleep during the half time break due to the likes of Michael bloomin' Owen & co drivelling on about it being different when they used to play. (I really must stop trying to watch these games in bed)

Every time I start to drift into sleep watching the toon the dozzy lot do something that makes me spend 5 mins shouting at the TV and waking myself up again

I thought I'd check out whether Leeds had a realistic chance of qualifying for Europe so, read the Beebs take on it.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/56787573

After reading this I'm none the wiser. I didnt realise that there was a third European trophy up for grabs next year

There use to be a "Fair Play" award which gave access to the UEFA Europa League, but this was done away with a few years back ........... not surprised that Leeds fans wouldn't have heard about it :-"

Perhaps getting "doubled" by the toon was too much for him

Chelsea & Leicester fans are all recent members of the toon appreciation society

West Ham dropped 6 pts to Newcastle
Spuds dropped 4 pts to Newcastle
Liverpool dropped 4 pts to Newcastle
Everton dropped 6 pts to Newcastle
